SUNDAY SCHOOL REGISTRATION SEPTEMBER 13 – CLASSES BEGIN SEPTEMBER 20 AT 10 AM.

St. Matthew’s Sunday School is open to all kids from 3 years old through 9^th grade. Whether a child can make it every week or not, every child is always welcome to join in the learning in an atmosphere of warmth and gentle nurture. Our curriculum is excellent and informed while geared to the psychological and spiritual developmental stages of life. Our teaching teams are made of a committed group of almost 20 adult volunteers , all from this parish. Under the direction of Mrs. Jill Desrochers, and with the help of our leadership team of Wendy Tefft, Natalie Sennet, Happy Beale, and Joan Stevens your child has the opportunity to learn about the faith, trust and co-operation that sparks the light of a young soul and keeps it shining for a lifetime. REGISTRATION FORM CAN BE FOUND ON LINE AT WWW.STMATTSEPISCOPAL.ORG or IN PERSON WITH WENDY DURING COFFEE HOUR or SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 13 or BY USING THE ATTACHMENT ON THE WEEKLY PARISH NOTES, or BY STOPPING IN AT ANY CLASS ANY SUNDAY ALL YEAR. We welcome any child any time and we do require registration. There is no charge for Sunday School. The pledges and offerings of the people of the parish support this important program for children.

Classes begin Sunday September 20 at 9:55 am. Parents/Guardians are urged to escort children to their classroom for SIGN IN each week and to introduce them to their teacher each week. Teachers bring the children back together into the church to rejoin their families for Holy Communion following class time. Sunday School is a wonderful experience to give your child, a gift that will last forever. Parents are encouraged to offer occasional Sundays to help in the classroom.
